I found this at SlickDeals:
The July ECB deal for CVS Cleansing Towelettes earns $1 ECB.
The price for the "Cleansing and Make-Up Remover" in the blue package is $2.99, and it is being reported that these are free after ECBs, earning $2.99 ECBs back.
The "Exfoliating" ones are priced at $3.29 and are also reportedly earning $2.99 back.
Use the $2 off CVS Brand skin care printable with either of these and both are Money Makers!
Click here to see an ad scan with an image of both products.

Does anyone know what the limit is on this?
The limit on the advertised deal of $1 ECB is 5, so I'm guessing that is the limit. I'll check my receipt later after I try it and update my findings.
The limit is 5, and the deal works for all 5.
The ECBs are actually $2.99 each and not $1.00 each (at least until someone corrects it). I purchased 5 @ $2.99 and used 5 $2.00 off CVS skin care coupons. The second coupon did beep and the cashier said I could only use one. I asked if she wanted me to pay for the first one and get back in line again (4 more times) and she manually put the remaining 4 coupons in. I also had a $2.00 off $10 of CVS products which brought my total down to $2.95 before tax and I skipped out the door with $14.95 in ECBs : )
